Richard Glossip “Don’t Kill For Me” Execution Protest & Vigil

In the event that Gov. Mary Fallin or the US Supreme Courty does not issue a stay, on Wednesday, September 30, OK-CADP members will hold the Richard Glossip “Don’t Kill For Me” Execution Protest and Vigil in front of the Governor’s mansion, 820 NE 23 St., in Oklahoma City. We will gather from 2:00 – 2:30 p.m.; witnessing will take place at 2:30 p.m. The event will conclude with the silent vigil at the appointed execution hour of 3 p.m., until death is pronounced.  Parking is available in the west capitol parking lot, located off of Phillips Ave.

Father Bryan Brooks, from Church of the Magdalene in Tulsa holds vigil at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester at 2 p.m. They stand about 100 yards north of the front gate– it’s marked off by the prison for the vigil.  He can be reached at  (918) 744-0023 Ext 12.
