The Kevin Ray Underwood Clemency Hearing has been rescheduled for Friday, Dec. 13, 2024 at 9 a.m.  Mr Underwood’s execution is scheduled for Thurs., Dec. 19, 2024.

The clemency hearing is open to the public. You can attend in person or watch online via zoom.
