A Clemency Hearing for Bigler Jobe Stouffer will be held on Wedsday, Oct. 27 at 9 a.m., at the Kate Barnard Community Corrections Center, Ted R. Logan Meeting Center, 3300 N. Martin Luther King Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73111.   The event is open to the public.  Masks are required.
