OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board denied clemency for another death row inmate Gilbert Postelle.

Postelle was convicted of four murders that happened on Memorial Day in 2005. He believed the four people he killed were responsible for injuring his father in a motorcycle accident. Advertisement

On Wednesday, he said he was addicted to meth from a young age and doesn’t remember the crime.

Postelle was asked what he learned after all these years in prison.

“I’ve learned a lot. I’ve learned that I want to be better for my family, I want to be somebody that they can be proud of. I learned that drugs was not a good thing for me to get involved in,” Postelle said.
